Here at OrlandoTravelProviders.com we are committed to guest experience here in Orlando and we strive to make sure every guest has a great time. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and I would like to take a minute to explain what this means.

If a guest has an issue with their vacation home, hotel, or theme park package we will do everything in our power to correct the issue. If we cannot get the issue corrected to the clients satisfaction they may check-out of the lodging establishment and we will credit them their money back for any portion of their stay which they did not use.

** Please note, a guest must notify us if they are or have experienced any issues with their stay. We cannot correct a problem if we do not know about it. In addition, it is very hard for us to rectify a problem if a guest brings us an issue after they have already checked out of the hotel or vacation home. It is only fair that Affordable Travel or the hotel be given an opportunity to resolve any issues a client may have.
